ABBAMAILer Robert Verbeek has published a book. It's called "ABBA & Me" and it's a book about ABBA fandom: What does it mean to be an ABBA fan? What was (and still is) the impact on your life when you're a fan?

Subjects covered in the book are: why is ABBA so good, collecting ABBA items, creating websites, visiting fan club conventions, releasing bootleg albums, anecdotes about meeting ABBA, working for ABBA, lots of editorials and much, much more.

It's a personal book about Robert's ABBA fandom, but if you read it, it will remind you of the effect that ABBA has on YOU.

For the diehard fans, the most interesting parts in the book will be the chapter about bootlegs and the chapter about the now defunct fan-forum of the official ABBAMAIL site. Robert was part of the group that worked on the forum so he knows all about what went on behind the scenes!

Robert's book also talks, in great detail, about manufacturing the bootleg LP Take A Chance On Us and his now famous bootleg CDs We Owed You One and Made In Sweden.

The book is available in English and in Dutch. Both books will be 15.6 x 23.4 cm paperbacks of approximately 200 pages with a glossy full colour cover and lots of photographs in black and white.
