What specific promotion have you already done for these books and what is
scheduled for the near future?

CMP: Apart from a few radio and newspaper interviews, there hasn't been any
specific promotion, and none is planned. These books are targeted at a
relatively small but enthusiastic group of readers, so I believe it's easier
to reach them through "direct marketing", such as the Internet, mailing
lists, record fairs, etc .The Hep Stars themselves have also been mentioning
the book in interviews.
