| Ask Carl Magnus Palm The publishing of your books in the United Kingdom has always seemed problematic. Is there any particular reason why there hasn't been a more co-ordinated and focussed effort to promote works like BRIGHT LIGHTS, DARK SHADOWS and BENNY'S ROAD TO ABBA in the UK?
CMP: No particular reason. I don't think there was ever a plan to promote Benny's Road To ABBA actively. As I said earlier in this interview, it would probably not be worth the effort to try to make the general public aware of this book. It's mainly for a "special interest" audience.
