How did the idea of the bonus CD come about for the Hep Stars Book?

CMP: I think Premium Publishing always intended to include a bonus CD. They
usually try to have a bonus CD in all their books, to make the entire
package more attractive. I think it's a great addition. It would be so easy
for them just not to include any bonus items, but they're music fans
themselves, so they know what other music fans and collectors want.
