| Ask Carl Magnus Palm You finished off the Hep Stars book for a guy that originally did all the research. Did that make the project easier or harder from your point of view?
CMP: Easier in some respects, harder in others. Easier mainly because all the interviews had already been done, so I didn't have to go about preparing and conducting those, which can be both time-consuming and exhausting. Harder because I had to sift through someone else's earlier findings and conclusions, trying to determine what was right and what was wrong. In a certain sense, it's easier to do that when you come entirely fresh to a project, because you don't have any other preconceptions than your own to deal with. Ask another question |
