The opening night party for the 2005 Sydney Festival was on January 8, 2005. These photos were taken around 1.30am January 9, 2005.
ABBAMAIL's Graeme Read and Ian Cole were there along with ABBAMAILer James O'Brien and Ian's partner, Ian Marks who works for the Sydney Festival.
James looks fine in this one but the posed "look" Graeme is trying to achieve doesn't quite work.
A few hours into the party and Ian and Ian are feeling no pain!
Graeme absolutely hates this photo! Maybe it's the incentive he needs to lose some weight!
The party was held at the "Festival Bar" at the Hyde Park Barracks in Sydney's CBD. Spectacular laser lighting added some great atmosphere to the event.
