What can I say? What a weekend! I had a fabulous time. I've met people I didn't know and have seen videos that I haven't seen before, I watched and listened to the A Teens for the first time. Watched videos of One More Time which I have been waiting to see.
I don't know where to start except I must thank Graeme and his team for a wonderful weekend and I agree with Jeff Roberts that it is hard to believe its all over after such a full on weekend. Now its like an a emotional let down, I felt really lonely sitting at the airport waiting to fly back to Melbourne. Due to bad weather the flight was delayed by 2 hours. I could have stayed at the hotel a bit longer.
Maybe I should have stayed another night there as the trip in the plane was terrible, bouncing all over the place. Then again I don't think I could handle trying to work out how to operate the shower in the hotel again and those
stupid cards to open the doors What happened to old fashioned keys?
The whole weekend was just so organised and everybody mixed well together and I liked the way we were sat in teams to begin with so we had somebody to identify with and to take the problem of "I don't know anybody".Our team hit off really well together, nothing was to stressful for us anyway.
I loved the trivia quiz we did and put name to the famous faces. The gallons of laughs that came out of that
quiz, I'm sure some one else might say something about that! And that ABBALLET! Jesus, Grant did you send him that? Didn't think that Sweden had bindi in their grass! That would have to be the worst ballet i have ever seen, but it sure gave us a great laugh.
I don't know what else to say at the moment other than reality has hit, its raining and hubby did no housework and the place looks as if a cyclone has whipped through.
Ah bugger, I'm going to put Nanne on and have a cup of coffee.
