ABBAMAIL has been running a small mail order merchandise service for ABBA fans since early 1997. The mail order service originally began to help us cover the huge losses incurred in running our Australian Tour 20 Year Anniversary Convention. As ABBAMAIL grew and expanded, the associated costs increased dramatically and so our merchandise service has continued.
We offer a small selection of ABBA related items, mostly exclusive to ABBAMAIL. ABBAMAIL is run by fans for fans and money raised from the selling of these products assists to fund ABBAMAIL's website,
internet mailing list and other activities (e.g. fan meetings, conventions). Read about ABBAMAIL's mission

Our merchandise range is aimed at what we call 'hard-core' ABBA fans. These are fans who have already purchased all the officially released CDs, Videos and DVDs available. Hard-core fans are looking for more ABBA merchandise to buy but find that much of the material they crave has not been, and probably never will be, released officially and commercially.
We do not believe in selling 'bootleg' CDs, CD-Rs, Videos etc. of material that has already been released commercially by Universal Music.
We also do not support the downloading and distribution of Mp3s etc. that contain officially released material.
We expect fans to support the members of ABBA by buying their
officially released CDs, Videos, DVDs etc. from normal retailers. ABBA's back
catalogue (e.g. all 8 studio albums, the Thank You For The Music 4CD box set and
many "hits" compilations) and accompanying videos and DVDs (e.g. ABBA GOLD, The
Definitive Collection, ABBA - The Movie, ABBA Live in Concert, The Winner Takes It All
& Super Trouper documentaries) are all easily
available in music retailers across the world. There are also many on-line services available that sell 'the real thing' - some of these are listed on our
official sources page.
Our bottom line attitude is this: if it is available officially, then do the right thing, buy the real thing to make sure the members of ABBA get the royalties.

Credit Card payments will not be deducted from your card until 48 hours before we dispatch your order.
For Australian orders, postage is included in the price. For orders from outside Australia, SeaMail postage only is included in all prices but this takes 2-3 months to arrive. We suggest you pay the 15% extra for AIRMAIL postage which usually takes 1-2 weeks.
The DVDs and Videos we sell are unofficial and put together by fans from their own collections. The picture quality and sound vary from
title to title depending on the quality of the source tape - often several generations down from the original. The quality cannot be compared to official video releases.
Any customs fees levelled by your country are you responsibility.

Common Questions:
Why does it take two weeks to process orders? ABBAMAIL is a small, fan based organisation. It is not a full time job/company for the people that run it. They also have jobs and other commitments. We make every attempt to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Can I order by phone or email?
No, unfortunately we are not authorised by our bank to accept orders by telephone or via email. We have a webshop to accept orders by internet if you have a credit card.
