ABBAMAIL'S WOMAN OF THE MONTH

JULY 2002

The fabulous Fiona Metcalfe from Sydney, Australia
is ABBAMAIL's Woman of the Month for July 2002.

Fiona has been a regular feature of Australian ABBA fandom since the days of
 the Australian ABBA Fan Club (AAFC) in the 70s and 80s. Fiona is famous
for skipping school and flying to Adelaide  to attend one of AAFC's major
 conventions back in 1983.  At the auction, she bought enough memorabilia and
 records to virtually pay for the whole event!

More recently, Fiona has been helping out with ABBAMAIL's fan events
 as the "Sales Chick". She loves to use her selling skills on unsuspecting
Aussie ABBA fans ;-)

Fiona is also a mega fan of Xena Warrior Princess and the UK TV
Show "Changing Rooms". She fancies herself as an amateur interior
decorator and has recently been practicing her skills on another fan's flat!

Fiona has also been a wonderful help in driving ABBAMAIL's Graeme around
 Sydney town to pick up various administrative and merchandise supplies  that
would otherwise be a nightmare to carry!

So Fiona is definitely deserving of the title of ABBAMAIL Woman of The Month.
