They may be unpleasant but they're the truth: 1. No-one in the wider music-buying public gives a damn about Agnetha. They'll buy ABBA GOLD five times but they won't buy Agnetha automatically just because she was once part of ABBA 2. Despite all the hype surrounding Agnetha's comeback, that won't count for shit when the majority of radio station programmers are making decisions on whether or not to play her single 3. Agnetha's single is not an "easy fit" into the majority of radio station programming today. It is going to be a hard ask for the hot stations to fit her in between Kylie, Britney and Christine Aguilera 4. For an artist like Agnetha, RADIO EXPOSURE is going to be the make or break for her new recordings. Radio playlists are heavily influenced by what is happening on the charts - particularly in the UK.
